As Peka Industrial Park continues to take shape, we’re excited to share a unique perspective on its remarkable progress. Stage 1 of Peka Industrial Park is progressing rapidly, with civil services being installed and road construction starting before Christmas. We’re aiming for flat industrial land sites to be ready by 1 July 2025.
New heavy industrial park in Rotorua
The Peka Industrial Park is taking shape on Rotorua’s southern boundary. Work is well underway on Stage One, with major earthworks completed and the road corridors defined. Civil work began in June and The Park is on track to have sections ready by July next year.
